哈尔滨地区缀叶丛螟生物学特性观察

摘　　要：为防治哈尔滨胡桃楸Juglans mandshurica林中发生的缀叶丛螟Locastra muscosalis,通过室内饲养观察和调查统计缀叶丛螟在3块样地中的危害情况,明确缀叶丛螟在哈尔滨地区的发生规律及生物学特性。结果表明:哈尔滨地区的缀叶丛螟老熟幼虫冬眠期长达220~240 d,越冬茧入土浅,多分布在距地表3 cm内(P <0.05)的土层中。缀叶丛螟在哈尔滨地区表现出相应的适应寒冷的特征,化蛹和羽化时间都比文献记载的向后推迟。In order to prevent and control Locastra muscosalis against Juglans mandshurica in Harbin, the damage of L. muscosalis in three sample plots was observed through indoor feeding and survey statistics to make clear the occurrence regularity of L. muscosalis in Harbin, and also figure out its living habits.The results showed that hibernant of L. muscosalis mature larvae kept for up to 220-240 days, the overwintering cocoons of L. muscosalis were near ground, and mainly distributed under 0-3 cm from ground(P < 0.05). L. muscosalis had cold-resistant in Harbin and the date of pupate and emergence were both later than that recorded in previous documents.
