摘　　要：该文利用层次分析法、数据分析法等,研究2014—2019年我国供给侧结构改革视角下体育产业市场融资发展状况,并将国内体育产业市场融资主体分为非上市公司和上市公司。通过分析非上市公司的政府引导金、风险投资、私募投资基金以及上市公司股票市场,找出需要解决的主要问题。非上市公司方面:政府应合理配置政府引导金并完善信息公开和追踪审计制度,拓宽体育产业基金融资渠道,建立多元化主体参与和运作模式,解决私募基金双重征税问题,改善风险投资的退出机制。上市公司方面:完善上市公司行业分类标准,加强对体育产业上市公司的政策支持,适当降低体育产业上市公司税收。同时,需要紧紧把握“十三五”体育发展重要战略机遇期以及2022年北京冬奥会、冬残奥会成功举办的关键时期,推动体育产业整体转型升级。Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and data analysis method,this paper studies the financing development of sports industry market from the perspective of supply side structure reform in 2014—2019,and divides the financing bodies of domestic sports industry market into unlisted companies and listed companies.By analyzing the government guidance funds,venture capital and private investment funds of unlisted companies and the stock market of listed companies,the main problems that need to be solved are found.For unlisted companies,the government should reasonably allocate government guidance funds and improve the information disclosure and tracking audit system,broaden the financing channels of sports industry funds,establish a diversified subject participation and operation mode,solve the double taxation problem of private equity funds,and improve the exit mechanism of venture capital.For listed companies:improve the industry classification standards of listed companies,strengthen policy support for sports industry listed companies,and appropriately reduce the tax revenue of sports industry listed companies.At the same time,it is necessary to firmly grasp the important strategic opportunity period of sports development in the"13th Five-Year Plan"and the critical period of the successful hosting of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games and the Winter Paralympic Games to promote the overall transformation and upgrading of the sports industry.
