摘 要:健身气功八段锦能有效改善和加强中老年人的力量、柔韧、协调、平衡等身体素质,并且具有调理心肺的功能,能有效预防和改善慢性病,可提高睡眠质量,增进食欲。该文以健身气功八段锦练习者作为调查究对象,采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对其练习效果和学习状态进行调查与分析,并提出合理的建议,以便练习者掌握功法特点,有针对性地练习,提高练习效果。以期为中老年人选择健身气功锻炼身体,促进健康提供理论依据。Fitness Qigong Baduanjin can effectively improve and enhance the strength,flexibility,coordination,balance and other physical qualities of the elderly,and has the function of regulating the heart and lung,can effectively prevent and improve chronic diseases,can improve sleep quality,increase appetite.This article takes Health Qigong Baduanjin practitioners as the research object,adopts the research methods such as literature materials,interviews,questionnaires and other research methods to investigate and analyze their practice effects and learning status,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for practice.Those who master the characteristics of the exercises,practice targeted practice,and improve the effect of practice.In order to provide a theoretical basis for middle-aged and elderly people to choose Health Qigong to exercise and promote health.
