摘　　要：目的 回顾性分析低级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤(LGESS)的临床和超声声像图特征,以提高其检出率,提示临床选择正确的手术方式,避免不恰当手术方式造成病灶种植、转移或二次手术。方法 收集术后组织病理学诊断为LGESS的23例患者的临床资料、26个病灶的超声特征。结果 根据最初超声检查者的评估,中位病变最大径为(73±28)mm(范围20~150 mm)。大多数LGESS(80.8%)表现出不均匀性,肿瘤中42.3%描述了多发小囊腔或大的不规则囊腔,19.2%超声表现为低于子宫肌层的低回声包块。结论 LGESS临床表现缺乏特异度,超声表现具有一定的特征,可做为术前首选检查方法。Objective Retrospective analysis of the clinical and ultrasonographic features of low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma(LGESS) was aimed at bettering the detection rate, revealing the clinical choice of correct surgical methods, and avoiding the implantation, metastasis or secondary surgery from inappropriate surgical methods. Methods The study collected the clinical materials of 23 patients with LGESS who underwent preoperative ultrasonography and postoperative histopathological diagnosis in our hospital, as well as the ultrasonic characteristics of their 26 lesions. Results Based on the evaluation of the original ultrasound examiner, the maximum diameter of the median lesion was(73±28) mm(range 20~150 mm). Most LGESS showed heterogeneity(80.8%), of which(42.3%) showed multiple small cysts or large irregular cysts, and(19.2%) showed hypoechoic masses below the myometrium. Conclusions The LGESS lack of specificity in clinical manifestation, The ultrasonic manifestations have certain characteristics, employed as the first selection for preoperative examination.
