摘  要:采用传统固相法制备了不同CaO和不同Y_(2)O_(3)掺杂量的ZrO_(2)复相陶瓷。借助XRD、SEM、EDS、维氏硬度计等测试手段研究了复相陶瓷的显微结构及力学性能。结果表明CaO/Y_(2)O_(3)共稳ZrO_(2)复相陶瓷的显微结构中共有大、中、小三种不同尺寸的ZrO_(2)晶粒。CaO的掺入在细化晶粒的同时可以降低中型t-ZrO_(2)晶粒内Y稳定剂含量,提高t-ZrO_(2)相变量;Y_(2)O_(3)能降低基体中m-ZrO_(2)的体积分数。当Y_(2)O_(3)掺入量为1.8 mol%,CaO掺入量为2 mol%时,获得了最高的断裂韧性(5.4±0.2 MPa·m1/2);当Y_(2)O_(3)掺入量为2.5 mol%,CaO掺入量为1 mol%和2 mol%时,分别获得了最高的抗弯强度(785±37 MPa)和硬度值(13.3±0.2 GPa)。CaO/Y_(2)O_(3)co-stablilized ZrO_(2)composite ceramics with different CaO or Y_(2)O_(3)addition amounts were prepared by a traditional solid-phase method.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the ZrO_(2)ceramics were investigated by XRD,SEM,EDS and Vickers hardness.The experimental results show that the microstructure of CaO/Y_(2)O_(3)co-stablilized ZrO_(2)ceramics has three different sizes of ZrO_(2)grains:large,medium and small.Doping of CaO can reduce the grain size of t-ZrO_(2)and increase the phase transformability;Y_(2)O_(3)can reduce the volume fraction of m-ZrO_(2)in the matrix.The highest fracture toughness(5.4±0.2 MPa·m1/2)was achieved at Y_(2)O_(3)content of 1.8 mol%and CaO content of 2 mol%;The highest flexural strength(785±37 MPa)and hardness values(13.3±0.2 MPa)were achieved at Y_(2)O_(3)content of 2.5 mol%,CaO content of 1 mol%and 2 mol%,respectively.
