烯烃复分解制备环保型LBR增塑剂及其性能研究

摘  要:以1-己烯为小分子烯烃,采用烯烃复分解反应制备液体橡胶增塑剂液体顺丁橡胶(LBR)并应用于丁苯橡胶和顺丁橡胶共混胶中,在实现绿色环保的同时解决传统增塑剂与橡胶基体的相容性问题。结果表明,与环保芳烃油V500(数均相对分子质量约为500)相比,以相对分子质量更高的液体橡胶LBR(Mn约为12 000)为增塑剂的混炼胶门尼黏度下降;硫化胶的力学性能差异不明显,但150℃老化后,LBR-R有更高的拉伸强度;LBR-R在高温老化前后和在环己烷溶剂中抽出前后的质量变化率均低于V500-R;经抽出处理的LBR-R与未抽出的TG曲线基本重合,化学稳定性不受影响。1-hexene was chosen as a small olefin molecule and reacted with polybutadiene rubber(BR) through metathesis, and liquid BR(LBR) was obtained and applied in styrene butadiene rubber(SL553R) and butadiene rubber(BR) compound, expecting to improve the compatibility between plasticizer and rubber matrix, meanwhile realizing green environmental protection.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of the compound plasticized by higher molecular weight LBR(Mn≈12 000) lower than that of the V500(Mn≈500).The mechanical properties of vulcanizates were similar.LBR-R had higher tensile strength after aging at 150 ℃.The mass loss of LBR-R before and after high temperature aging and extraction in cyclohexane was lower than that of V500-R.The curves of TG of extracted LBR-R and unextracted basically overlappeddes, indicating the chemical stability was not affected.
