摘  要:采用动态硫化技术制备一种聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为树脂相,乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)为橡胶相的新型共混型热塑性硫化胶(TPV),通过控制动态硫化时间来研究该TPV的动态硫化历程,建立了该TPV动态硫化反应历程的模型,同时研究了动态硫化各阶段共混物的性能。结果表明,随着动态硫化时间的延长,AEM/PVDF TPV逐步完成相转变过程,在温度和剪切作用下,AEM相由连续相转变为分散相,PVDF由分散相转变为连续相,形成海-岛结构的TPV;随着动态硫化时间的延长,AEM/PVDF共混物受相态变化的影响综合力学性能逐渐发生变化,TPV的拉伸强度和回弹性达到最佳。This experiment uses dynamic vulcanization technology to prepare a new blend of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) resin phase, ethylene acrylate rubber(AEM) rubber phase thermoplastic vulcanization(TPV).By controlling the dynamic vulcanization time, this paper studies the dynamic vulcanization process of the TPV,and establish the TPV dynamic vulcanization reaction process model.The properties of the blends at different stages of dynamic vulcanization are also studied.The results show that with the extension of dynamic vulcanization time, AEM/PVDF TPV gradually completes the phase transition process.Under the action of temperature and shear, AEM phase changes from continuous phase to dispersed phase, and PVDF phase changes from dispersed phase to continuous phase, forming the sea-island structure of TPV.With the prolonging of dynamic vulcanization time, the comprehensive mechanical properties of AEM/PVDF blend changes gradually under the influence of phase change, and TPV has the best tensile strength and resilience.
