摘　　要：二元乙丙橡胶X-0150是吉林石化公司近年新开发的新牌号产品,为J-0010升级产品,主要用于润滑油黏指剂领域。研究了X-0150产品分子结构组成,溶油性能,增稠性能,抗剪切性能以及低温性能,并与市场上主流发动机润滑油黏指剂产品进行了对比。结果表明,X-0150在性能上完全与进口产品相当。最后,利用X-0150作为黏指剂,制备SN 5W-30级别汽油机润滑油,并将该润滑油进行了10 000 km级别行车实验。Ethylene propylene rubber X-0150 is a new product developed by Jilin Petrochemical Company in recent years.It is an upgraded product of J-0010 and is mainly used as lubricating oil viscosity index improver.The molecular structure, oil solubility, thickening, shear resistance and low temperature performance of X-0150 product were studied, and compared with the mainstream viscosity index improver on the market.The results show that the performance of X-0150 is completely equivalent to that of imported products.Finally, SN 5W-30 gasoline engine lubricating oil is prepared by using X-0150 as viscosity index improver, and the 10 000 km driving test is carried out on the lubricating oil.
