摘　　要：综述了聚1-丁烯(PB)生产工艺和催化体系研发进展,分析了我国PB管材专用料的发展现状,并基于产业链上下游影响因素的综合分析,对其未来发展趋势进行了研判。指出为解决PB材料进口替代的问题,关键应实现国产化装置的连续稳定量产,提升产品质量,降低生产成本,并进一步开发更多高端PB新牌号,拓展其在建筑管材、医疗卫生、食品包装、电缆光缆、汽车工业等领域的应用。The research progress of the production process and catalytic system of polybutene-1(PB)was reviewed.The development status of special PB pipe materials was analyzed.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the factors influencing the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, the development trend was analyzed.It was pointed out that the key to replacing the imported PB materials was to realize the continuous and stable mass production of domestic industrial units, improving the quality of products, reducing the production costs, and further developing more high-end new product brands of PB materials to expand application in fields such as construction pipe, healthcare, food packaging, cables and optical cables, and automobile industry.
