摘  要:采用熔融共混工艺制备聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)/氧化石墨烯(GO)复合材料,研究了GO含量对复合材料的结晶行为、热降解性能、力学性能与阻隔性能的影响,并分析体系性能变化的机制。结果表明:GO的加入可提高复合材料的力学强度与刚性。当GO含量为0.5%时,PCTFE/GO-0.5的拉伸强度可达45.5 MPa,较PCTFE提升了10%。当GO含量为2.0%时,PCTFE/GO-2.0的弹性模量与储能模量分别为903 MPa和21.1 GPa,分别较PCTFE提升13%和26%。复合材料的玻璃化转变温度较PCTFE升高1.7~6.1℃。力学性能的提升可归因于GO对PCTFE基体的增强作用。GO也能够作为PCTFE的异相成核剂,促进其成核,提高结晶度。GO对提升PCTFE的气体阻隔性能效果显著。随GO含量的增加,复合材料的氢气渗透系数逐渐降低。当GO含量为2.0%时,PCTFE/GO-2.0的氢气渗透系数可低至4.23×10^(-15)cm^(3)·cm/(cm^(2)·h·Pa),较PCTFE下降22%。Polytrifluorochloroethylene(PCTFE)/graphene oxide(GO)composites were prepared by melt blending.The effects of GO content on the crystallization behavior,thermal degradation properties,mechanical properties and barrier properties of the composites were studied,and the mechanism of system performance change was analyzed.The results show that the addition of GO can improve the mechanical strength and rigidity of the composites.When the GO content is 0.5%,the tensile strength of PCTFE/GO-0.5 can reach 45.5 MPa,which is 10%higher than that of PCTFE.When the GO content is 2.0%,the elastic modulus and storage modulus of PCTFE/GO-2.0 are 903 MPa and 21.1 GPa,respectively,which are 13%and 26%higher than those of PCTFE.The glass transition temperature of the composites is 1.7~6.1℃higher than that of PCTFE.The improvement of mechanical properties can be attributed to the strengthening effect of GO on PCTFE matrix.GO can also act as a heterogeneous nucleating agent for PCTFE,promoting its nucleation and improving crystallinity.GO has a significant effect on improving the gas barrier performance of PCTFE.With the increase of GO content,the hydrogen permeability coefficient of the composites decreased gradually.When the GO content is 2.0%,the hydrogen permeability coefficient of PCTFE/GO-2.0 can be as low as 4.23×10^(-15)cm^(3)·cm/(cm^(2)·h·Pa),which is 22%lower than that of PCTFE.
