摘 要:通过化学提取法从蔗渣中提取纤维素物质,利用溶剂蒸发法制备纤维素/高岭土/聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合树脂凝胶膜。采用傅里叶红外分析仪(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、拉伸测试、溶胀测试考察了单因素树脂溶胀浓度、树脂粒径、交联剂含量、成膜剂含量、增塑剂含量对树脂凝胶膜断裂伸长率、拉伸强度、溶胀度、弹性模量的影响。基于单因素结果进行正交试验。结果表明:当80目≤树脂粒径<100目,戊二醛用量为0.6 mL,丙三醇用量为0.9 mL,PVA溶液用量为6 mL时,复合凝胶膜材料具有优异性能。复合凝胶膜材料吸水倍率在280~300 g/g,常温下100 h后保水率仍可维持10%左右,断裂伸长率高于300%,吸水保水性能、弹性和韧性性能满足后续研发需求。Cellulose was extracted from bagasse by chemical extraction,and cellulose/kaolin/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)composite resin gel film was prepared by solvent evaporation method.The effects of resin swelling concentration,resin mesh size,cross-linking agent content,film-forming agent content and plasticizer content on the elongation at break,tensile strength,swelling degree and elastic modulus of the prepared resin gel film were investigated with Fourier infrared analyzer(FTIR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),tensile test,swelling test.The results show that the composite gel film material has excellent properties when the resin particle size is greater than or equal to 80 mesh less than 100 mesh,the amount of glutaraldehyde is 0.6 mL,the amount of glycerol is 0.9 mL,the amount of PVA is 6 mL.The water absorption rate of composite gel film material is 280~300 g/g,and the water retention rate can still be maintained at about 10%after 100 h at room temperature.The elongation at break is higher than 300%,water absorption and water retention performance,and the elasticity and toughness meet the follow-subsequent research and development needs.
