摘 要:采用玻璃纤维(GF)、苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)制备GF/ABS复合材料,通过工业级熔融沉积成型(FDM)设备打印测试件,探究GF含量、偶联剂、ABS和SAN的质量比对复合材料打印件翘曲率和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着GF含量的增大,打印件的翘曲率和力学性能逐渐下降。当GF含量为7份时,打印件的翘曲率为2.89%,平行打印方向和垂直打印方向试件的拉伸强度分别为36.32 MPa和30.59 MPa。材料中加入偶联剂,可以进一步降低打印件的翘曲率,提高力学性能。随着SAN含量的增加,打印件的翘曲率逐渐减小,力学性能逐渐提高。当ABS和SAN树脂的质量比为50∶50,GF和偶联剂含量分别为5份和0.5份,打印件的翘曲率降至2.07%;平行打印方向和垂直打印方向试件的拉伸强度分别提高至46.02 MPa和41.53 MPa。GF/ABS composites were prepared by glass fiber(GF),styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer(SAN)and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS).The test parts were printed by industrial-grade fused deposition molding(FDM)equipment.The effects of GF content,coupling agent,mass ratio of ABS to SAN on the warpage deformation and mechanical properties of composite printed parts were investigated.The results show that the warpage and mechanical properties of the printed parts decrease with the increase of GF content.When the GF content is 7 phr,the warpage rate of the printed rate is 2.89%,and the tensile strength of the parallel printing direction and the vertical printing direction is 36.32 MPa and 30.59 MPa,respectively.Adding coupling agent to the material can further reduce the warpage rate of the printed parts and improve the mechanical properties.With the increase of SAN content,the warpage rate of printed parts gradually decreases and the mechanical properties gradually increase.When mass ratio of ABS to SAN resin is 50∶50,the content of GF and coupling agent is 5 phr and 0.5 phr respectively,the warpage rate of the printed parts decreases to 2.07%,the tensile strength of the parallel printing direction and the vertical printing direction increases to 46.02 MPa and 41.53 MPa,respectively.
