摘 要:采用不同浓度的酚酞型聚芳醚酮(PEK-C)溶液对碳纤维(CF)进行表面处理,并制备了碳纤维增强聚苯硫醚(PPS/CF)复合材料。结果表明:与去浆后CF(CF-A)相比,浓度0.50%的PEK-C溶液处理的CF表面O/C比提升约49.2%,且C—O键和C=O键占比明显提升。说明PEK-C溶液处理可以有效增加CF表面含氧官能团的数量,且在该条件下复合材料的界面性能和弯曲性能大幅提升,相较于未经PEK-C改性的PPS/CF复合材料,0.50%的PEK-C溶液改性后的PPS/CF复合材料层间剪切强度由23.81 MPa提高至38.45 MPa,弯曲强度由709 MPa提高至839 MPa。Carbon fiber(CF)was surface treated with different concentrations of phenolphthalein polyaryletherketone(PEK-C)solution,and the carbon fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide(PPS/CF)composites were prepared.The results show that compared with CF(CF-A)after desizing,the O/C ratio of CF surface treated with 0.50%PEK-C solution is increased by about 49.2%,and the proportion of C—O bond and C=O bond are increased significantly.PEK-C solution treatment can effectively increase the number of oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of CF,and the interfacial properties and bending properties of the composites are greatly improved under this condition.Compared with PPS/CF composites without PEK-C modification,the interlaminar shear strength of PPS/CF composites modified by 0.50%PEK-C solution is increased from 23.81 MPa to 38.45 MPa,and the bending strength of PPS/CF composites modified by 0.50%PEK-C solution is increased from 709 MPa to 839 MPa.
