摘  要:聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)基微波介质基板具有优越的电学性能,而配制稳定性良好的复合浆料是关键工序之一。文章介绍复合浆料的配制过程,通过粒度测试和机械法等手段,研究平均粒径和zeta电位等因素对复合浆料稳定性的影响,分析表面活性剂在浆料稳定性以及浸渍过程中的作用。结果表明:复合浆料pH值控制在5~8.5、表面活性剂用量为3.0%,在转速1800~2400 r/min、搅拌时长50~60 min的条件下,控制浆料颗粒细度在10~15μm,复合浆料的稳定性最好。利用PTFE/SiO_(2)复合浆料浸渍玻纤布,得到的微波复合介质基板具有良好的介电性能和力学性能,满足高频微波电路板的使用要求,对相关工艺过程起指导性作用。Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)-based microwave dielectric substrate has superior electrical properties.The preparation of composite slurry with good stability is one of the key processes.The preparation process of composite slurry was introduced.The effects of average particle size and zeta potential on the stability of composite slurry were studied by means of particle size test and mechanical method.The role of surfactant in slurry stability and impregnation process was analyzed.The results show that the stability of the composite slurry is the best when the pH value of the composite slurry is controlled at 5~8.5,the amount of surfactant is 3.0%,the rotation speed is 1800~2400 r/min,the stirring time is 50~60 min,and the particle size of the slurry is controlled at 10~15μm.PTFE/SiO_(2)composite slurry impregnated glass fiber cloth was prepared according to this process.The obtained microwave composite medium has good dielectric properties and mechanical properties,which meets the requirements of high frequency microwave circuit board and plays a guiding role in the related process.
