摘 要:通过熔融沉积成型(FDM)方法制备聚醚醚酮(PEEK)试样,对比研究了打印过程中自然冷却条件和风冷条件对PEEK试样力学性能的影响。结果表明:冷却条件影响FDM成型PEEK试样的力学性能。自然冷却条件下制备的试样力学性能优于风冷条件下制备的试样。在风冷条件下,打印机成型仓内的冷却环境受到变化,不同打印位置制备的试样力学性能存在差别,且均低于自然冷却条件下制备试样的力学性能。与风冷条件下制备的试样相比,自然冷却条件下制备的试样拉伸强度最大提高了15%,弯曲强度最大提高了16.75%,结晶度最大提高了81.36%。试样经热处理后,自然冷却与风冷条件下打印的PEEK试样拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及结晶度均得到提高,PEEK试样拉伸强度与弯曲强度随着结晶度的增加而增加。Polyetheretherketone(PEEK)specimens were prepared by fused deposition molding(FDM)method,and the effects of natural cooling conditions and air cooling conditions on the mechanical properties of PEEK specimens during the printing process were comparatively investigated.The results show that the cooling conditions affect the mechanical properties of FDM molded PEEK specimens.The mechanical properties of the specimens prepared under natural cooling conditions were better than those prepared under air-cooling conditions.Under the air-cooling condition,the cooling environment in the printer forming chamber was changed,and the mechanical properties of the specimens prepared at different printing positions were different which were lower than those of the specimens prepared under the natural cooling condition.Compared with the specimens prepared under air-cooling condition,the specimens prepared under natural cooling condition showed a maximum increase of 15%in tensile strength,16.75%in bending strength,and 81.36%in crystallinity.After heat treatment of the specimens,the tensile strength,bending strength and crystallinity of the PEEK specimens printed under natural cooling and air-cooling conditions were improved,and the tensile and bending strengths of the PEEK specimens were increased with the increase of crystallinity.
