摘 要:以聚丙烯熔喷非织造布(MBPP)为基体,多巴胺为黏结剂,通过表面改性法将透明质酸接枝于纤维表面,制得既亲油又亲水的两亲性无纺布薄膜用于油水分离。研究透明质酸的分子量、浓度、改性时间对MBPP表面形貌、组成、亲水性、渗透性能及吸附性能的影响。结果表明:MBPP经超声清洗置于多巴胺溶液30 min形成稳定光滑的功能层。相同质量分数和浸泡时间下,高分子量透明质酸钠溶液改性的MBPP的表面水接触角更低,由120.6°降至0,展现优异的亲水性和水滴渗透速率。透明质酸钠溶液改性的MBPP均由只吸油不吸水转变为同时吸水吸油。试样经质量分数为0.05%的高分子量透明质酸钠溶液(HA-200万)浸泡处理20 s,对蒸馏水和大豆油的饱和吸附量分别达到8.6 g/g和9.8 g/g,试样重复吸附-清洗10个循环展现优异油水分离性能,提高MBPP材料的重复利用率。Using polypropylene melt-blown nonwovens(MBPP)as the matrix and dopamine as the binder,hyaluronic acid was grafted onto the fiber surface by surface modification to prepare an amphiphilic nonwovens film that is both hydrophilic and hydrophilic for oil-water separation.The effects of the molecular weight,concentration and modification time of hyaluronic acid on the surface morphology,composition,hydrophilicity,permeability and adsorption of MBPP were studied.The results show that MBPP can form a stable and smooth functional layer after ultrasonic cleaning and placed in dopamine solution for 30 min.Under the same mass fraction and soaking time,the surface water contact angle of MBPP modified by high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate solution is lower,from 120.6°to 0,showing excellent hydrophilicity and water droplet penetration rate.The MBPP modified by sodium hyaluronate solution change from only oil absorption without water absorption to simultaneous water absorption and oil absorption.The saturated adsorption capacity of distilled water and soybean oil reaches 8.6 g/g and 9.8 g/g,respectively,when the sample is soaked in a high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate solution(HA-2 million)with a mass percentage concentration of 0.05%for 20 s.The sample is repeatedly adsorption washing for 10 cycles to show excellent oil-water separation performance and improve the reuse rate of MBPP material.
