摘  要:为优化交换器夹芯注塑成型工艺,提升交换器结构的应力效果,保证交换器质量,对基于计算机辅助设计的夹芯注塑成型可视化分析进行研究。以ABS作为交换器夹芯注塑材料,结合交换器塑件的结构特点,基于Pro/E软件设计交换器夹芯注塑成型模具,将模具注塑成型工艺参数输入卷积神经网络模型,预测交换器夹芯注塑成型翘曲结果,以最小翘曲结果为目标函数,经遗传算法获取最优注塑成型工艺参数。将Pro/E软件设计的交换器夹芯注塑模具和求解获取的最优注塑成型工艺参数输入Moldflow平台,实现交换器夹芯注塑过程中工艺仿真以及可视化分析。结果表明:当模具温度为65℃、熔体温度为240℃、保压压力65 MPa、保压时间为6 s、充模流速为159 cm^(3)/s时,交换器夹芯注塑成型产生的翘曲变形结果最低,为0.722 mm。交换器夹芯注塑内部流场的熔体流速均在80~100μm/ms范围内,平衡程度较好。采用优化后的工艺参数完成交换器夹芯注塑成型,可提升交换器的受力能力。In order to optimize the sandwich injection molding process of the exchanger,improve the stress effect of the exchanger structure,and ensure the quality of the exchanger,the visualization analysis of the sandwich injection molding based on computer-aided design was studied.ABS was used as the sandwich injection molding material of the exchanger,combined with the structural characteristics of the exchanger plastic parts,and the sandwich injection molding mold of the exchanger was designed based on Pro/E software.The injection molding process parameters of the mold were input into the convolution neural network model to predict the warpage result of the exchanger sandwich injection molding.The minimum warpage result was taken as the objective function,and the optimal injection molding process parameters were obtained through genetic algorithm.Input the sandwich injection mold of exchanger designed by Pro/E software and the optimal injection molding process parameters obtained by solution into the Moldflow platform to realize the process simulation and visualization analysis during the sandwich injection process of exchanger.The results show that when the mold temperature is 65℃,the melt temperature is 240℃,the holding pressure is 65 MPa,the holding time is 6 s,and the mold filling flow rate is 159 cm^(3)/s,the warpage deformation result of the exchanger sandwich injection molding is the lowest,which is 0.722 mm.The melt flow rate of the internal flow field of the exchanger sandwich injection molding is 80~100μm/ms,the balance is good.The optimized process parameters are used to complete the sandwich injection molding of the exchanger,which can improve the stress capacity of the exchanger.
