摘　　要：文章建立了可降解塑料袋中乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)含量的检测方法,试样在正己烷提取溶剂中,超声提取一定时间后,试液采用DB-5MS毛细管柱分离和气相色谱质谱联用仪分析测定,选择离子监测目标化合物,外标法定量,并对提取溶剂、提取方式、色谱柱等进行对比分析,优化了质谱扫描参数、称样量等。结果表明:ATBC出峰时间快,峰型好,灵敏度高,定性定量准确。在三种不同加标水平下,ATBC加标回收率范围为96.8%~99.2%,相对标准偏差范围为1.5%~3.9%,相关系数大于0.999,检出限为0.2 mg/kg。建立的气相色谱质谱联用法具有灵敏度高、准确性高和假阳性低的优点,可实现可降解塑料袋中ATBC快速筛查。将试验残渣进行红外光谱分析,结果显示残渣成分与样品标注信息一致。A method for the determination of acetyl tributyl citrate(ATBC)in degradable plastic bags was established.The sample was ultrasonically extracted in n-hexane extraction solvent for a certain period of time.The test solution was separated by DB-5MS capillary column and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Ion monitoring target compounds were selected and quantified by external standard method.The extraction solvent,extraction method and chromatographic column were compared and analyzed.The mass spectrometry scanning parameters and sample weight were optimized.The results show that ATBC has fast peak time,good peak shape,high sensitivity,and accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis.At three different spiked levels,the recoveries of ATBC ranged from 96.8%to 99.2%,the relative standard deviations ranged from 1.5%to 3.9%,the correlation coefficients are greater than 0.999,and the detection limit is 0.2 mg/kg.The established gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method has the advantages of high sensitivity,high accuracy and low false positive,and can achieve rapid screening of ATBC in degradable plastic bags.The test residue was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,and the results show that the residue composition is consistent with the sample labeling information.
