摘　　要：近些年我国经济得到了非常迅速的发展,各行各业也都呈现了非常良好的发展态势,但同时对能源的需求一直是居高不下,面对这一背景,我国提出了节能降耗的发展理念,通过对现有的节能技术进行完善和优化,从而更好的实现节能降耗。对于石油企业,其存在的一个重要问题就是原油管道的能耗,其占据企业能耗非常大的比例,为了顺应时代发展的需要,原油企业就必须要对原油管道能耗进行科学的处理,通过采用科学的节能技术实现节能降耗。只有对现有的长输管道工艺进行优化和创新,才能在最大程度上解决管道能耗的问题,促进能源利用率的提高。In recent years,Chinese economy has developed very rapidly,and all walks of life have also presented a very good development trend.At the same time,the demand for energy has been high.In the face of this background,China has put forward the development concept of energy conservation and consumption reduction,which can better achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction by improving and optimizing existing energy conservation technologies.For oil enterprises,an important problem is the energy consumption of crude oil pipelines,which accounts for a very large proportion of the energy consumption of enterprises.In order to meet the needs of the development of the times,crude oil enterprises must scientifically deal with the energy consumption of crude oil pipelines,and achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction by adopting scientific energy conservation technologies.Only by optimizing and innovating the existing long-distance pipeline technology can the problem of pipeline energy consumption be solved to the maximum extent and the improvement of energy utilization rate be promoted.
