大跨度异形曲面钢结构与幕墙施工技术研究

摘　　要：以上海市普陀区职工文体活动中心工程为例,围绕大跨度异形曲面钢结构与幕墙施工工艺,重点研究了钢结构液压同步提升技术、异形曲面玻璃和铝板加工及安装控制技术,实现了文体活动中心项目的钢结构及异形曲面玻璃和铝板的精确安装,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为今后类似工程的施工提供一定参考。Taking the project of Shanghai Putuo District Staff Recreation and Sports Center as an example,focusing on the construction technology of large-span special-shaped curved steel structure and curtain wall,this paper focuses on the hydraulic synchronous lifting technology of steel structure,special-shaped curved glass and aluminum plate processing and installation control technology,realizing the precise installation of the steel structure,special-shaped curved glass and aluminum plate of the cultural and sports center project,and achieving good economic and social benefits,so as to provide some reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
