摘  要:目的 探讨规范统一的饮食在不受饮食因素干扰前提下不同性别和年龄恒河猴肠道菌群的差异。方法 将38只恒河猴按性别和年龄分为6组,规定饮食喂养3个月,收集粪便标本,应用16S rRNA测序和生物信息学分析探讨不同性别和年龄恒河猴肠道菌群的差异。结果 雄性和雌性恒河猴肠道菌群多样性无显著差异,但雌性群体中Epsilonproteobacteria和Helicobacter macacae的丰度显著增加。成年和老年恒河猴肠道菌群的多样性均显著高于幼年,Rikenellaceae、Christensenellaceae和Prevotella的丰度在老年群体中显著增加。结论 恒河猴的肠道菌群受性别和年龄的影响,尤其是与代谢和精神疾病相关的Rikenellaceae、Christensenellaceae和Prevotella在老龄恒河猴肠道菌群丰度更高。这些特定肠道菌群在不同性别和不同生命阶段调节机体生理或行为过程中的功能有待进一步研究。Objective To observe the differences in intestinal flora among rhesus monkeys of different genders and ages under standardized and uniform diet. Methods After fed with prescribed diet for three months, thirty-eight rhesus monkeys were divided into six groups based on sex and age, and the fecal samples were collected. 16S rRNA sequencing and the subsequent bioinformatic analysis were applied to observe sex-or age-specific microbiome in rhesus monkeys without interference of dietary factor. Results Although no significant difference in gut microbiota diversity between male and female, compared with male, the abundances of class Epsilonproteobacteria and species Helicobacter macacae significantly increased in the group of females. There was a significantly higher alpha diversity in both adult and elder rhesus macaques,when compared to that in young monkeys. At the family level, the abundances of Rikenellaceae, Christensenellaceae and Prevotella which reported to involve into metabolic and mental diseases, significantly increased in the elderly group.Conclusion The gut microbiota of rhesus monkeys is influenced by sex and age. Particularly, Rikenellaceae,Christensenellaceae and Prevotella which link to metabolic and psychotic diseases show higher abundances in old age of rhesus monkeys. Advanced studies need be carried out to identify the functions of these specific microbiota in regulating physiological or behavioral processes of human in different sexes and different life stages.
