摘  要:随着医疗技术的不断创新与发展,我国肝移植的数量逐年增加,但术后并发症仍难以控制,导致不良预后,因此肝移植术后并发症逐渐成为关注的焦点。随着“肠-肝轴”的提出,研究发现肝移植围手术期肠道菌群发生了明显变化,干预肠道菌群及其信号通路可能是控制术后并发症的新途径。本文从肠道微生物的定义与生理作用、“肠-肝轴”的病理生理联系在肝移植围手术期的作用及粪菌移植在肝病中的应用3个方面进行综述,列举肝病和肝移植与肠道微生态变化特点的相关研究,以及粪菌移植改善微生态从而达到治疗的相关研究,旨在阐述肝移植患者肠道紊乱的可能机制与菌群的具体变化,并展望应用粪菌移植技术加快肝移植术后恢复的可行性。With the continuous innovation and development of medical technology,the number of liver transplantation in China is increasing year by year.However,the postoperative complications are still difficult to control and lead to poor prognosis,so the complications of liver transplantation gradually become the focus of attention.With the introduction of the"gut liver axis",studies have found that the intestinal flora has changed significantly during the perioperative period of liver transplantation.Intervention of intestinal flora and its corresponding signaling pathway may be a new way to control postoperative complications.This article reviews the definition and physiological function of intestinal microorganisms,the role of pathophysiological relationship of the"gut liver axis"in the perioperative period of liver transplantation,and the application of fecal bacteria transplantation in liver diseases.It also lists the related researches on liver diseases,liver transplantation and intestinal microecological changes,as well as fecal bacteria transplantation to improve microecology to achieve treatment.The purpose was to elucidate the possible mechanism of intestinal disorders in liver transplantation patients,and the specific changes of flora,and to prospect the feasibility of using fecal bacteria transplantation to accelerate the recovery after liver transplantation.
