甜梦口服液和乌灵胶囊治疗失眠的药物经济学评价

摘　　要：目的评价甜梦口服液和乌灵胶囊治疗失眠的经济性。方法基于文献资料,采用真实世界研究方法,构建决策树模型,干预产出指标匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分和总有效率,应用成本-效果分析法进行药物经济学评价。结果两组患者在PSQI评分方面有显著性差异,且甜梦口服液方案的总有效率优于乌灵胶囊方案,但甜梦口服液方案的治疗总费用较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。成本-效果分析结果显示甜梦口服液方案每增加一个百分比有效率需要花费3.53元,乌灵胶囊方案每增加一个百分比有效率需要花费3.70元。失眠患者使用甜梦口服液与乌灵胶囊相比ΔC=32.17元、ΔE=13.02%、增量成本-效果比(ICER)=2.47元,低于2019年我国人均GDP(70892元)。结论甜梦口服液相比于乌灵胶囊治疗失眠症,具有临床优势和成本-效果优势。Objective To evaluate the economy of Tianmeng oral liquid compared to Wuling capsule in the treatment of insomnia.Methods The study was conducted based on real world research,using cost-effect analysis and decision-making tree.The clinical outcome indicators were pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),and effective rateand the cost-effectiveness analysis was used to evaluate the pharmacoeconomics.Results There was a significant difference in PSQI scores between the two groups,and the total effective rate of Tianmeng oral liquid was better than that of Wuling capsule,but the total cost of treatment of Tianmeng oral liquid was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cost-effectiveness analysis results showed that it would cost 3.53 yuan for each increase in the effective rate of Tianmeng Oral Solution,and 3.70 yuan for each increase in the effective rate of Wuling Capsule.Compared with Wuling capsule,the use of Tianmeng oral liquid for insomnia patientsΔC=32.17 yuanΔE=13.02%,incremental cost effect ratio(ICER)=2.47,lower than China's per capita GDP in 2019(70892 yuan).Conclusion Tianmeng oral liquid have certain clinical advantages and cost-effectiveness advantages over Wuling capsule for the treatment of insomnia.
