无痛胃镜麻醉中联合应用丙泊酚和丁卡因胶浆的效果与安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨无痛胃镜麻醉采用丙泊酚和丁卡因胶浆的效果与安全性。方法选取2020年1月至2021年9月于云南省中医医院行无痛胃镜检查的92例患者作为研究对象,按照随机摸球法分为A组与B组,各46例。B组采用丙泊酚,A组采用丙泊酚联合丁卡因胶浆,对两组麻醉效果、视野清晰度、临床指标进行比较。结果A组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分较B组明显更低(P<0.05),镜检时间、清醒时间、行动恢复时间明显更短(P<0.05);A组视野清晰度较B组明显更高(P<0.05);麻醉后两组血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)水平明显降低(P<0.05),但A组水平较B组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚联合丁卡因胶浆用于无痛胃镜麻醉,能够提高麻醉效果与视野清晰度,降低对机体SpO_(2)、MAP、HR等指标的影响,安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect and safety of propofol and tetracaine mucilage for painless gastroscopy anesthesia.Methods A total of 92 patients with painless gastroscopy who were admitted in Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected,and they were randomly divided into group A(n=46)and group B(n=46)by touching the ball.Group B was used Propofol,and group A was used propofol combined with tetracaine mucilage.The anesthesia effect,visual field clarity and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analog scale(VAS)score of group A was significantly lower than that of group B(P<0.05),and the time of microscopic examination,wake-up time,and recovery time of action were significantly shorter(P<0.05);the visual field of group A was clearer than that of group B(P<0.05).The levels of blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)in the two groups after anesthesia were significantly lower(P<0.05),but the levels in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Propofol combined with tetracaine mucilage for painless gastroscopy anesthesia can improve the anesthesia effect and visual field clarity,reduce the impact on the body SpO_(2),MAP,HR and other indicators,with which is high safety.
