摘　　要：介绍了一栋全预制装配式钢-混凝土组合结构多层办公楼的结构设计,主体结构采用了部分包覆钢-混凝土组合框架柱(PEC柱)与钢蜂窝梁组成的组合框架结构,楼板采用预制的局部叠合板。部分包覆钢-混凝土组合结构是一种性能优越的全装配式结构,体系新颖、性能良好、连接可靠、拼接方便、经济合理。PEC柱能充分发挥钢材和混凝土的优势,与纯钢结构相比,可以节省资金约30%,有良好的经济效益和社会效应。蜂窝梁通过实腹钢梁经二次加工组合而成,提高了刚度,在第一个孔周边加强后,能节约钢材用量20%以上,有良好的经济效益,且蜂窝孔洞中适宜设备管线穿越,可提高净空,便于设备管线安装、集成,实现设备管线与主体结构的脱离,符合装配式设备的要求。文章阐述了该结构体系特点、设计方法、注意事项等,可为国家相应标准的编制提供依据,也可为类似结构的设计提供参考。This study presents the structural design of a fully prefabricated assembled partially-encased composite steel and concrete structure multi-story office building.The primary structure comprises partially-encased composite steel and concrete frame columns(PEC columns)and steel cellular beams.All locally laminated,prefabricated panels are used.The partially clad steel-concrete composite structure is a fully assembled structure with outstanding performance,a revolutionary system,excellent performance,a durable connection,easy splicing,and a reasonable cost.PEC columns can maximize the advantages of steel and concrete structures.It can save around 30%of the cost compared to pure steel structures and has positive economic and social impacts.Combining cellular beams with solid web steel beams by secondary processing increases the stiffness.The honeycomb holes are suitable for equipment and pipelines to pass through,can improve the headroom,facilitate the installation and integration of equipment pipelines,realize the separation of equipment pipelines from the main structure,and meet the requirements for prefabricated equipment after strengthening around the first hole.The paper details the structural system's features,design methodologies and precautions,providing a basis for developing corresponding national standards and a reference for constructing comparable buildings.
