摘  要:国内在高强冷弯厚壁型钢的冷作硬化效应和残余应力分布领域的研究还十分有限,基础数据匮乏。针对这一问题,对高强冷弯厚壁C形钢展开研究,对其母板及冷弯型钢构件的材性进行拉伸试验研究,得到母板和型钢截面不同部位的屈服强度及断后伸长率等指标。研究结果表明:冷作硬化效应在弯角部位更明显;冷作硬化效应的强弱主要与母板屈服强度、母板强屈比、型钢弯角内半径及壁厚等因素有关。采用“切割法”对冷弯型钢的纵向残余应力进行研究,根据实测数据绘制残余应力沿型钢全截面的分布曲线,并研究影响残余应力分布的主要因素,在此基础上归纳出残余应力沿截面的分布规律,并提出相应的分布模型。Domestic research on the cold hardening effect and residual stress distribution of high-strength cold-formed thickwalled steel sections is still limited, and fundamental data are lacking. In order to address this issue, coupon tensile tests were conducted on the material properties of the base plate and steel members of high-strength cold-formed thickwalled C-section section steel to determine the main properties, including yield strength and elongation after fracture, of the base plate and various parts along the section. The test results demonstrated that the cold work hardening effect was more pronounced in the corner sections and that its influence was primarily related to the yield strength of the base plate, the ratio of tensile strength to yield strength of the base plate, the inner radius of the corner sections and the wall thickness of the steel section. The longitudinal residual stress of cold-formed steel was measured using the "sectioning method", and the distribution curve of residual stress throughout the whole section was plotted based on the collected data. Then, the primary factors influencing residual stress distribution were investigated, and a distribution model was developed based on the distribution law of residual stress along the section.
