摘  要:以碘苯、对甲苯磺酸和过硫酸钾为原料,分两步法制备羟基(对甲苯磺酰氧代)碘苯。以1,2-十四烯和间氯过氧苯甲酸为原料制备1,2-环氧十四烷,在反应温度为150℃,氢氧化钠的作用下,与苯酚反应得到1-苯氧基-十四烷-2-醇。最后,在二氯甲烷溶剂中,乙酸为催化剂,1-苯氧基-十四烷-2-醇与羟基(对甲苯磺酰氧代)碘苯反应6 h(与六氟锑酸钠进行离子交换),得到目的产物[4-[(2-羟基十四烷基)氧基]苯基]苯基碘鎓六氟锑酸盐。通过紫外光谱、红外光谱和核磁共振对产物进行了表征。Hydroxy(p-toluenesulfonyloxy)iodobenzene was prepared with iodobenzene, p-toluene monohydrate and potassium persulfate as raw materials in two steps.2-Tetraene was oxidized by m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid to give 1,2-epoxytetradecane, next 1,2-epoxytetradecane was treated with phenol at 150 ℃ in the presence of sodium hydroxide, providing 1-phenoxy-tetradecane-2-ol. Finally, 1-phenoxy-tetradecan-2-ol reacted with hydroxy(p-toluenesulfonyloxy)iodobenzene in dichloromethane for 6 hours with acetic acid as catalyst, followed by ion exchanging with sodium hexafluoroantimonate, yielding the desired product of [4-[(2-hydroxytetradecyl)oxy]phenyl]phenyl iodonium hexafluoroantimonate. The structure of the product was confirmed by UV, IR and ~1H NMR.
