摘　　要：本文研究了智慧城市地理数据共享的服务标准,并使用标准的WMS(WMTS)服务发布和共享了地形高程和影像数据及地名和道路等矢量数据。针对三维数据共享服务体系尚未完善的现状,提出一种智慧城市三维模型Web共享服务和应用的实现方案,设计并实现了WFS3D服务,用来发布和共享三维建筑模型等矢量数据。该研究解决了不同部门之间的三维数据共享和重用问题。In this paper, the service standards for smart city geographic data sharing are studied, and topographic elevation, image data and vector data such as place names and roads are published and shared using the standard WMS(WMTS) service. In response to the current situation that the 3D data sharing service system is not yet perfect, an implementation scheme of 3D model Web sharing service and application for smart cities is proposed, and the WFS3D service is designed and implemented to publish and share vector data such as 3D building models. The study solves the problem of sharing and reusing 3D data between different departments.
