摘 要:以304不锈钢为基底,采用化学刻蚀的方法在其表面构建粗糙结构层,同时通过SEM分析了化学刻蚀前后304不锈钢基底的表面形貌;然后以十五氟辛酸铜溶液为修饰液,通过浸涂法对经化学刻蚀的304不锈钢基底表面进行低能修饰,在其表面制备超疏油涂层;最后分别采用SEM和EDS手段对该涂层的表面形貌和元素进行了分析,同时分析了化学刻蚀时间和修饰液浓度对该涂层接触角的影响.结果表明:经化学刻蚀后,304不锈钢基底的表面微观结构为微纳米级的粗糙结构;随着化学刻蚀时间和修饰液浓度的增加,丙三醇油滴与304不锈钢表面涂层的接触角均先增大后减小;当化学刻蚀时间为60 min、修饰液浓度为10 mmol/L时,所得涂层与丙三醇油滴的接触角为152.7°,滚动角为9.5°,说明在此条件下,采用化学刻蚀和修饰低表面能物质的方法,可在304不锈钢基体表面成功制备出具有超疏油性能的涂层.A rough structural layer was constructed on the surface of 304 stainless steel substrate by chemical etching method. The surface morphology of 304 stainless steel substrate before and after chemical etching was analyzed by SEM. After that,the surface of 304 stainless steel substrate after chemical etching was modified with copper perfluorooctanoate solution as the modification solution by dip coating method to prepare superoleophobic coating on its surface. Finally,SEM and EDS were used to analyze the surface morphology and elements of the coating,and the effects of chemical etching time and modifier concentration on the contact angle of the coating were analyzed. The results show that the surface microstructure of 304 stainless steel substrate is micro-nano level rough structure after chemical etching. With the increase of chemical etching time and the concentration of modified solution,the contact angle between glycerol oil droplet and the obtained coating increases first and then decreases.When the chemical etching time is 60 min and the concentration of the modifier is 10 mmol/L,the contact angle and the rolling angle between the obtained coating and glycerol oil droplet are respectively 152.7° and 9.5°,which indicates that under this condition,the superoleophobic coating can be successfully prepared on the surface of 304 stainless steel substrate by chemical etching and modification of low surface energy substances.
