3种蒿属植物挥发油的化学成分及对米象和烟草甲的生物活性研究

摘  要:为了寻找对米象和烟草甲具有良好杀虫和驱避活性的植物挥发油,采用超临界CO_(2)萃取法提取藏沙蒿、云南蒿和臭蒿的挥发油,气相质谱法分析挥发油的化学成分,用滤纸片法测定挥发油对米象和烟草甲的触杀与驱避活性。藏沙蒿挥发油中含量最高的化合物为己酸-3-己烯酯(28.91%),云南蒿挥发油为十六酸甲酯(17.37%),臭蒿挥发油为斯巴醇(14.75%)。藏沙蒿挥发油对米象触杀活性最好,LD50为181.62μg/cm2,臭蒿挥发油对烟草甲触杀活性最好,LD50为38.34μg/cm2。3种蒿属植物挥发油对米象和烟草甲均表现出良好的驱避活性,其中藏沙蒿的驱避效果最好。The essential oils of Artemisia wellbyi, Artemisia yunnanensis and Artemisia hedinii were extracted by supercritical CO2method and determined by GC-MS. The contact toxicity and repellency of the essential oils against S. oryzae and L. serricorne were studied by filter paper impregnation method. The relative content of hexanoic acid-3-hexenyl ester(28.91%), hexadecanoic acid, methyl ester(17.37%), spathulenol(14.75%) were the highest in the essential oils of A.wellbyi, A. yunnanensis and A.hedinii, respectively. The essential oil of A. wellbyi had a strong contact toxicity to S. oryzae with LD50of 181.62 μg/cm~2, A. hedinii oil had the best contact toxicity to L. serricorne among the essential oils of three Artemisia species with LD50of 38.34 μg/cm~2. The essential oils of three Artemisia species showed a high repellent activity against S. oryzae and L. serricorne, and the essential oil of A. wellbyi had the best repellent effect to the two insects, higher than the positive control DEET.
