摘 要:随着我国社会经济的高质量发展,繁荣人文社会科学已成为共识。然而现实中,高校人文社科类教师科研评价存在一定的困境,影响了教师自身的发展和高质量学术成果的产出。完善高校人文社科类教师评价体系已成为迫在眉睫的问题。以北京A大学为例,通过调研与分析,发现高校人文社科类教师科研评价存在一些困境与问题,建议在评价中进一步平衡“量”与“质”的关系;健全分类评价体系和完善分类评价方法;进一步完善与细化分类评价标准;切实推进高校“放管服”改革,营造良好学术氛围,进一步增强科研评价的科学性与合理性。With the development of China’s social economy, the prosperity of humanities and social sciences has become a consensus. However, in reality, there are certain dilemmas in the scientific research evaluation of humanities and social science teachers in colleges and universities, which affects the teachers’ own development and the output of high-quality academic achievements. Improving the evaluation system of humanities and social science teachers in colleges and universities has become an urgent issue. Taking University A as an example, through investigation and analysis, this paper finds that the hierarchical classification evaluation method still needs to be improved. Scientific research evaluation ignores the characteristics of the discipline;and the “administration” of colleges and universities affects academic research. It is suggested to further balance the relationship between “quantity” and “quality” in the evaluation;further improve the hierarchical classification evaluation method;and establish classification evaluation standards based on the characteristics of humanities and social science research. We should effectively promote the reform of “decentralization, management and service” in colleges and universities, create a good academic atmosphere, and further enhance the scientificity and rationality of scientific research evaluation.
