历史建筑保护性再利用的创新多维策略研究

摘　　要：在目前城市社会发展的背景下,面对历史建筑遭受“建设性”破坏及“使用性”破坏,“如何平衡好历史建筑保护与利用”这一议题被越来越多的学者关注,对于历史建筑保护性再利用策略的思考也有了全新的背景与现实意义。本文聚焦历史建筑的再利用阶段,旨在提出全过程的策略性指导意见:首先,基于历史建筑保护和改造案例,对显现的问题进行整合和总结,并汇总当下历史建筑保护所面临的困境与挑战;其次,为回应现存问题,基于艺术特色、空间氛围、功能布局三个维度,有针对性地提出符合时代特征的新策略与技术措施;最后,通过案例实践,对创新策略予以验证。In the context of today’s urban society, facing the "constructive" destruction and "usability" destruction of historical buildings, "how to balance the protection and utilization of historical buildings" has been paid more attention by more scholars. And the thinking of the conservation reuse strategy of historical buildings also has a new background and practical significance. This study focuses on the reuse stage of historical buildings and aims to put forward strategic guidance for the whole process.Firstly, based on the historical building protection and transformation cases, the problems revealed in the process are integrated and summarized, and the difficulties and challenges faced by the current historical building protection are summarized. Secondly, in response to the current situation, based on three dimensions, such as artistic characteristics, space atmosphere and functional layout, new strategies and technical measures in line with the characteristics of the era are put forward. Finally, the innovation strategy is verified by case practice.
