基于BIM的历史建筑保护——以武汉大学周恩来故居为例

摘　　要：该文首先对武汉大学早期建筑群中周恩来故居相关历史脉络进行回顾,通过BIM工具对周恩来故居逆建模获取建筑信息模型。进而基于建筑信息云平台提出新型数字展览模式,在满足数字旅游功能的同时简化日常监测、维护工作。依靠BIM建模基础为历史建筑数字展览可视化提供信息支持,多角度发掘爱国主义教育基地非物质文化价值,实现历史建筑价值再生,在新时代为历史建筑价值再生注入新活力。First of all, we reviewed the relevant historical veins of Zhou Enlai’s former residence in the early group of buildings of Wuhan University. Then, we used BIM to build the reverse model of Zhou Enlai’s former residence to get the building information model. Then, a new digital exhibition mode was proposed based on the construction information cloud platform. It could not only satisfy the function of digital tourism, but also simplified the daily monitoring and maintenance work. Relying on the BIM model foundation to provide information support for the visual display of historical buildings, to discover the non-physical and cultural value of the Patriot education base from different angles, to realize the rebirth of the value of historical buildings, and to infuse new vitality into the rebirth of the value of historical buildings in the new era.
