摘　　要：新时代背景下,城市档案馆建设的语境及价值取向发生了巨大改变。面对新的环境和问题,该文以汉口银行档案中心为例,设计理念跳出传统的“保存”与“利用”之间的调和,以公共服务视角切入,从开放性模式建设、档案保护利用、绿色低碳理念应用等方面展开探讨,以期为从事馆藏类建筑设计提供思路和参考。In the new era, the context and value orientation of urban archives construction has changed dramatically. Facing the new environment and problems, we take the Hankow Bank Archives project as an example, with the design concept beyond the traditional reconciliation between "preservation" and "utilization", from the view of public services, we discuss the open model construction, archival conservation and use, application of green and low-carbon concepts, and so on, we hope to provide ideas and references for the archives buildings design.
