欠发达地区国家级新区的企业空间分布及演变研究

摘　　要：以ArcGIS为运算平台,基于平均中心与标准差椭圆分析空间统计学方法,以2012—2017年兰州新区企业注册数据为基础,从企业的占地规模变化、空间位置变化分析兰州新区产业的区位演变.研究结果表明:三大产业企业的数量、规模差异较大,但均呈显著的增长趋势,集聚中心以昆仑山大道以西的黄河大道沿线为主;第一产业分布相对分散,集聚中心由北向南移动,分布中心南移;第二、三产业数量较多,集聚中心以黄河大道为主,由此向北部扩展,分布中心逐渐北移,形成南北方向分布的点轴式布局模式;重要的地理位置、交通布局以及政府政策的扶持,吸引大量的企业布局并影响着企业布局的区位演变.提出兰州新区应基于原有基础、巩固生态长廊、依托职教园、发挥节点优势、加强产业关联以促进产业优化布局,带动周围地区发展,促进产城融合.Using ArcGIS as the computing platform,based on the mean center and standard deviation ellipse analysis of spatial statistics,by aid of the registration data of enterprises in Lanzhou New Area from 2012 to 2017,this paper analyzes the industrial location of Lanzhou New Area from the changes of occupation scale and spatial location of enterprises evolution.The research results show that the number and scale of the three major industrial enterprises are quite different,but they all show a significant growth trend.The agglomeration center is mainly along the Yellow River Avenue in west of Kunlun Mountain Avenue.The distribution of the primary industry is relatively scattered,the agglomeration center moves from north to south,and the distribution center moves south.The number of secondary and tertiary industries is large,and the agglomeration center is mainly toward the Yellow River Avenue,which expands to the north,and the distribution center gradually moves north,forming a point-axis layout pattern with north-south distribution.The important geographical location,the traffic layout and the support of government policies have attracted many enterprises layouts and evolution of enterprise.Based on the original foundation,ecological corridor,education parks,Lanzhou New Area should give full play to the advantages of nodes,and strengthen industrial linkages to promote the optimal layout of industries,so as to drives the development of surrounding areas and promotes the integration of industries and cities.
