经济洼地地区旅游扶贫效率研究--以江苏苏北片区为例

摘　　要：运用DEA-Malmquist模型,对以17县(市、区)为代表的经济洼地地区江苏苏北片区旅游扶贫效率进行分析.结果表明,苏北片区旅游扶贫效率总体呈先升后降趋势,水平较低;苏北片区旅游扶贫效率存在明显的地区差异,盐城市与徐州市所辖县(市、区)表现良好;MI指数分析表明,苏北片区旅游扶贫效率动态增长趋势并不明显,区域旅游扶贫存在技术退步、管理水平不高与投入规模不足问题.Using DEA-Malmquist model,the paper analyzes the poverty alleviation efficiency oftourism in the economic depression area of northern Jiangsu Province represented by 17 counties(cities and districts).The results show that,the poverty alleviation efficiency of tourism in the north ofJiangsu Province tends to increase firstly and then decrease,and the level is low.There are obvious regional differences in the poverty alleviation efficiency oftourism in northern Jiangsu Province.The counties(cities and districts)under the jurisdiction ofYancheng and Xuzhou performed well.MI indeX analysis shows that the dynamic increasing trend oftourism poverty alleviation efficiency in northern Jiangsu Province is not obvious,there are some problems in poverty alleviation ofregional tourism,such as technical retrogression,low level ofmanagement and insufficient scale ofinvestment.Poverty alleviation efficiency oftourism is related to the efficient utilization oftourism resources and the high-quality development ofeconomy.The result could provide reference for formulating the differential policy ofpoverty alleviation by tourism in northern Jiangsu.
