摘 要:目的调查男护士职业成长现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷、护士职业成长量表、护士职业获益感量表及护理工作环境感知量表对黑龙江省4所三级甲等医院426名男护士进行调查。结果男护士职业成长得分为(48.75±10.59)分;男护士职业获益感、护理工作环境感知的得分均与职业成长得分呈正相关(P<0.01);多元线性回归分析显示,月均收入、对护理专业兴趣、职业获益感、护理工作环境感知是男护士职业成长的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论男护士职业成长处于中等水平,可针对职业获益感低、护理工作环境感知差、月均收入低及对护理专业兴趣较差的男护士进行个体化干预与管理。Objective To investigate the status quo of male nurses'career growth,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A to⁃tal of 426 male nurses were selected from 4 Class A tertiary hospitals by convenient sampling method,who were investigated by general infor⁃mation questionnaire,Nurse Career Growth Scale,Nurse Career Sense of Benefit Scale and Nursing Work Environment Perception Scale.Results The professional growth score of male nurses was(48.75±10.59).The scores of male nurses'sense of professional benefit and per⁃ception of nursing work environment were positively correlated with their professional growth score(P<0.01).Multivariate linear regression a⁃nalysis showed that monthly income,interest in nursing profession,occupational sense of benefit,and perception of nursing work environment were the main influencing factors of male nurses'professional growth(P<0.01).Conclusion The professional growth of male nurses is at a medium level.Individual intervention and management can be carried out for male nurses with low sense of career benefit,poor perception of nursing work environment,low monthly income,and poor interest in nursing profession.
