摘　　要：目的评价全媒体健康管理对佩戴鼻模唇裂患者术后康复及鼻畸形改善情况的影响。方法选取2019年8月至2021年4月某三级甲等口腔医院的130例鼻唇畸形二期修复术后佩戴鼻模的唇裂患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组采用常规健康教育方法,观察组应用全媒体健康教育模式,比较两组患者入院时、出院前及术后6个月自我护理能力、自我护理行为及鼻畸形改善情况等指标。结果出院前和干预后6个月,观察组患者自我护理能力、自我护理行为及鼻畸形改善度得分均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论全媒体健康管理有助于鼻唇畸形二期修复术后佩戴鼻模患者自我护理能力的提高和自我护理行为的养成,有助于改善鼻畸形及治疗效果,促进患者康复。Objective To evaluate the effect of omni-media health management on postoperative rehabilitation of nasal deformities in patients with cleft lip wearing nasal mold.Methods A total of 130 patients with cleft lip in a Grade 3A stomatological hospital from August 2019 to April 2021 were selected as subjects,who wore nasal molds after secondary reconstruction of nasolabial deformity.They were randomly divided into two groups by random number table.The control group received routine health education and the observation group received omni-media health education.The self-care ability,self-care behavior and the nasal deformity were compared between two groups during hospitalization and 6 months after operation.Results Before discharge and 6 months after intervention,the scores of self-care ability,self-care behavior and the nasal deformity in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Omni-media health management is helpful to increase the self-care ability and cultivate the self-care behavior in patients who wore nasal mold after secondary nasolabial deformity,which can improve the nasal deformity and therapeutic effect to promote patients’rehabilitation.
