摘　　要：文章介绍了新生儿PICC导管尖端异位的概念及现状,并对PICC导管尖端异位后的护理干预措施、操作步骤和要点进行综述,分析其操作原理和干预机制,总结成功率和临床应用效果。对预防PICC导管尖端异位提出了展望,包括制订系统化的新生儿PICC导管尖端异位的应对策略,加强新生儿PICC专科护士的培养及团队建设,旨在促进新生儿PICC导管尖端异位的标准化管理。The paper introduced the concept and current situation of neonatal PICC catheter tip misplacement,and summarized related nursing intervention,operating steps and key points after PICC catheter tip misplacement.Then,to analyze the operating principle and intervention mechanism,and summarize the operating success rate and clinical application effect.The prospect of preventing neonatal PICC catheter tip misplacement was proposed,including formulating systematic coping strategies,strengthening the training and team building of neonatal PICC nursing specialists,so as to promote standardized management of neonatal PICC catheter tip misplacement.
