母乳喂养行为预测量表的汉化及其信效度的评价

摘　　要：目的引进母乳喂养行为预测量表进行汉化,并验证其信效度。方法通过文化调试、专家咨询和预调查,确定中文版本母乳喂养行为预测量表,并检验该量表的信效度。结果中文版母乳喂养行为预测量表包括4个维度及48个条目,分别为社会与专业支持(11个条目)、母乳喂养消极态度(15个条目)、母乳喂养自我控制(10个条目)和母乳喂养积极态度(12个条目)。通过提取4个公因子进行因子分析,累计贡献率为51.388%。条目内容效度指数为0.800~1.000,量表平均内容效度指数为0.980。该量表总体Cronbach’sα系数为0.903,各维度Cronbach’sα系数在0.878~0.931之间,重测信度为0.804。结论中文版母乳喂养行为预测量表具有较好的信效度,总体内容易于作答,可将其作为评估和预测产妇母乳喂养行为的工具。Objective The“Breastfeeding Attrition Prediction Tool”was introduced and localized into Chinese and tested its reliability and validity.Methods Through cross-cultural debugging,expert consultation,and pre-investigation,the Chinese version of the Breastfeeding Attrition Prediction Tool was determined.The reliability and validity of the prediction tool were tested.Results The Chinese version of the Breastfeeding Attrition Prediction Tool included 4 dimensions and 48 items,of which the social and professional support included 11 items,the negative breastfeeding sentiment included 15 items,the breastfeeding control included 10 items and positive breastfeeding sentiment included 12 items.Factor analysis was conducted by extracting 4 common factors and the cumulative contribution rate was 51.388%.The item content validity index ranged from 0.800 to 1.000,and the average content validity index of the scale was 0.980.The overall Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.903,the Cronbach’sαcoefficient of each dimension ranged from 0.878 to 0.931,and the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.804.Conclusion The Chinese version of the“Breastfeeding Attrition Prediction Tool”has good reliability and validity,and the general content is easy to be answered.It can be used as a tool to assess and predict breastfeeding attrition.
