摘　　要：回顾国内外文献,从第二受害者现象的角度探讨第二受害者恢复路径,对目前第二受害者的同伴支持、组织支持及非正式支持计划的实施现状进行综述,探讨阻碍支持计划实施的因素并提出相关对策,为我国医院帮助第二受害者减少事后痛苦体验、构建第二受害者支持体系提供理论参考。From the perspective of the second victim phenomenon,this article reviews the second victim recovery path including peer support,organizational support,and informal support plan.Also,the authors elucidate the factors hindering the implementation of the support plan and propose relevant countermeasures,with an attempt to provide a theoretical reference for Chinese hospitals to help the second victim reduce their aftermath painful experience and build a second victim support system.
