摘  要:在印制电路板(PCB)生产中,有一种超粗化前处理工艺,超粗化液微蚀铜面形成蜂窝状凹凸不平的粗糙金属面,使覆盖在金属铜面上的湿膜、干膜或油墨更加稳固。当超粗化液与金属铜发生反应后,固体铜形成二价铜离子,反应后的废弃液中含有50 g/L铜离子,可提取回收。现有废液提铜工艺采用沉淀法,需要大量氢氧化钠中和反应,所提铜产量低且铜质量差,变卖价格低。新的提铜工艺采用电解提铜,不仅可提炼出高质量铜(含铜纯度99.5%),且提铜效率高达95%,还可减少废弃液化学耗氧量,降低了环保废液处理难度。In the production of printed circuit boards, there is a kind of ultra-roughening pretreatment process.The ultra-roughening solution slightly erodes the copper surface to form a honeycomb rough metal surface, which makes the wet film, dry film or ink on the metal copper surface more stable. When the ultra-roughening solution reacts with the metal copper, the solid copper forms divalent copper ions. The waste liquid after the reaction contains 50 g/L copper ions, which can be extracted, recovered and sold off to increase the enterprise income. The existing copper extraction process from waste liquid uses precipitation method, which requires a large amount of sodium hydroxide neutralization reaction. Its copper extraction yield is low, the copper quality is poor, and the selling price is low. The new copper extraction process uses electrolytic copper extraction, which can not only extract high-quality copper(99.5% purity of copper), but also improve copper efficiency up to 95%;It can also further reduce the oxygen consumption of waste liquefaction and further reduce the difficulty of treatment of environmental waste liquid.
