摘　　要：文章对北京市气象仪器计量检定所建立的气象观测质量管理体系开展了分析与研究,阐述了体系建设步骤和体系运行过程注意事项,并提出体系持续改进的方法,包括领导持续重视、加强全员培训和深度融合业务等。建设和运行质量管理体系旨在提高气象仪器计量检定所的管理水平和产品服务质量,并满足气象观测用户需求,更好地服务于气象观测事业高质量发展。This paper analyzes and studies the meteorological observation quality management system established by Beijing meteorological instrument measurement and inspection institute.The steps of system construction and matters needing attention during system operation are expounded.And the system continuous improvement methods are put forward, including leaders continuous attention, strengthen the training of all staff and deep integration of business.The construction and operation of the quality management system aims to improve the management level and product service quality of the meteorological instrument metrology institute, which can meet the needs of meteorological observation users, and better serve the high-quality development of meteorological observation.
