摘 要:针对轴承沟道磨削CBN砂轮难检测、难修整的问题,提出了砂轮圆弧廓形精度在位检测分析方法以及法向跟踪精密修整方法,并构建了根据廓形精度检测值实时反馈调节修整参数的双闭环控制回路,实现了砂轮圆弧廓形精度的自动调控。利用该方法开展陶瓷CBN砂轮修整以及内圈沟道磨削试验,结果表明:磨削工件廓形精度较好地契合了砂轮廓形修整和检测结果,砂轮磨削性能优良,实现了陶瓷CBN砂轮圆弧廓形精度的高效高精度调控。Aimed at the problems of difficult measurement and dressing of CBN abrasion wheel for grinding of bearing raceway,an in-situ measuring analysis method and normal tracking precision dressing method for circular-arc profile accuracy of abrasion wheel is proposed,and a double closed-loop control circuit is built to adjust the dressing parameters in real time according to measured values of profile accuracy,realizing the automatic control of circular-arc profile accuracy.The experiments of ceramic CBN abrasion wheel dressing and inner raceway grinding are carried out by using this method.The results show that the profile accuracy of ground workpiece is in good agreement with dressing and measuring results of abrasion wheel profile,the abrasion wheel has excellent grinding performance,and the high efficiency and accuracy control of circular-arc profile accuracy of ceramic CBN abrasion wheel is realized.
