摘　　要：针对气象卫星扫描机构轴承的开发及试验需求,研制了气象卫星扫描机构轴承寿命试验机。介绍了试验机的主要技术参数及功能,该试验机由双真空罐设备主体、真空系统、电控系统组成,伺服电动机通过磁流体密封传动装置驱动真空罐中的齿轮装置,从而拖动试验轴承模拟扫描机构的往复摆动,基于动态抽真空法,采用分子泵对真空罐进行抽真空以模拟轴承在太空中的真空状态,并可在试验过程中实时监测轴承的摆动速度、次数、温升和摩擦力矩等情况,考核轴承性能及寿命。经装机试验测试,试验机的功能和指标满足轴承的试验要求。According to development and test requirements of bearings for scanning mechanism of meteorological satellite,a life tester is developed.The main technical parameters and functions of tester are introduced.The tester consists of test main body in double vacuum tank,vacuum system and electronic control system.The gear device in vacuum tank is driven by a servo motor through a magnetic fluid sealing transmission device,thus dragging the test bearings to simulate the reciprocating swing of scanning mechanism.The molecular pump is used to generate the vacuum in tank through dynamic vacuum pumping method and simulate the vacuum state of the bearings in space.During test process,the swing speed,frequency,temperature rise and friction torque of the bearings are monitored,and the performances and life of the bearings are checked.After installation test,the functions and indexes of tester meet the test requirements of the bearings.
