城市中心区工业遗产保护规划策略探讨——以湖北省黄石市华新水泥厂旧厂址为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国逐步进入后工业化时期,工业遗产的保护与利用开始受到越来越多的关注,尤其是位于城市中心区的工业遗产,一方面区位优势明显,利用价值较高;另一方面“冻结式”“修旧如旧”的传统保护方式使其很难融入城市功能,难以带动周边地区的复兴。文章从保护理念、功能配置及改造再利用模式3个方面分析了城市中心区工业遗产保护规划的难点,提出更新、激活及缝合三大策略,并以湖北省黄石市华新水泥厂旧厂址为实例加以应用,希望能为同类地区的工业遗产保护规划提供参考。The protection and regeneration of industrial heritage have received more and more attention in China in recent years,especially those in urban central areas.Traditional“frozen”or“restoring”modes of protection cannot promote the locationally advantaged industrial heritages integration with urban functions and peripheral revitalization.This article analyzes the difficulties of industrial heritage protection planning in urban central area from three aspects of protection concept,function configuration and transformation mode,and proposes three strategies of renewal,activation and suture.Finally,the site of Huaxin Cement Factory in Huangshi city is taken as an example for demonstration.
