摘 要:使用不同系统灵敏度的荧光渗透液对人工盲孔缺陷试样进行检测,分析验证了在不同系统灵敏度的荧光渗透液下人工盲孔缺陷显示结果的差异。结果表明,采用相同系统灵敏度的荧光渗透液对人工盲孔进行检测时,后乳化型较水洗型灵敏度更高。对于孔洞类缺陷而言,直径和深度的关系是影响渗透检测灵敏度的重要因素。The artificial blind hole defect samples were tested by using fluorescent penetrants with different system sensitivities,and the differences in the display results of artificial blind hole defects by using fluorescent penetrants with different system sensitivities were analyzed and verified.The results show that the sensitivity of the post-emulsification penetrant is higher than that of the water washable penetrant when the fluorescent penetrants with the same system sensitivity are used to detect the artificial blind hole.For holes,the relation between their diameter and depth is an important factor affecting the sensitivity of penetrant testing.
