农户社会阶层对其土地流转行为的影响机制——基于农户土地依赖的中介效应

摘　　要：快速城镇化的战略背景下,农户内部逐渐产生了分化现象而不再同质,这势必将深刻影响他们的土地流转行为,而土地的多重功能意味着农户的土地依赖很可能在其中发挥了重要作用。因此,为探究农户社会阶层对其土地流转行为的影响机制,本文以韦伯的社会分层理论为研究视角,构建起农户社会阶层影响土地流转行为的分析框架,并基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)三期面板数据,应用中介效应检验模型进行了实证检验。研究发现:(1)农户社会阶层显著促进了土地流转行为的发生,平均促进效应为4.05%。(2)农户的土地依赖在社会阶层与土地流转行为之间的因果关系中发挥着中介作用,其中,就业依赖与收入依赖的中介效应分别约为17.26%与16.00%。(3)农户社会阶层与土地流转行为之间的因果关系存在地区异质性,影响效应呈现出“西部>全国>中部”的态势,东部则无影响。本文结论不仅深化了有关农户社会阶层、土地依赖与土地流转行为之间关系的认知,丰富了既有理论研究,而且为推动农村土地流转市场的发展提供了政策启示。Under the background of rapid urbanization, socioeconomic differentiation gradually occurred between farmers in China, which is bound to have a profound impact on their land transfer behavior. Meanwhile, the multiple functions of land mean that the dependence of farmers on land is likely to play an important role in land transfer. In order to explore the impact mechanism of farmers’ social class on land transfer behavior, this study took Weber’s social stratification theory as the research framework, constructed an analytical framework for the impact of farmers’ social class on land transfer behavior, and used and used mediation effect test model to test the mediation effect based on the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS) three-period panel data.The research found that:(1) The social class of farmers significantly promoted the occurrence of land transfer, with an average promotion effect of 4.05%.(2) The land dependence of farmers played a mediation role in the causal relationship between social class and land transfer, among which the mediation effects of employment dependence and income dependence are 17.26% and16.00%, respectively.(3) There was a regional heterogeneity in the causal relationship between the social class of farmers and land transfer behavior, and the impact presented a pattern of western region > national > central region, while no effect was observed in the eastern part. This study not only deepens the understanding of the relationship between farmers’ social class, land dependence,and land transfer behavior and enriches existing theoretical research, but also provides policy implications for promoting the development of the rural land transfer market.
