摘  要:进行了涂层硬质合金立铣刀在刀具磨损过程中铣削GH4169试验,获得了刀具磨损随时间变化曲线,铣削力与主轴电流随刀具磨损量的变化曲线。试验结果表明:刀具磨损量随磨损时间(累计加工时间)变化规律满足磨损曲线,铣削力随磨损量增大而增大,刀具磨钝时Fx绝对值均值比磨损初期增大235%,刀具磨钝时Fy绝对值均值比磨损初期增大129%,刀具磨钝时Fz绝对值均值比磨损初期增大607%;主轴电流随磨损量增大呈线性增大,刀具磨钝时主轴电流绝对值均值比磨损初期增大91%。Under different tool wear process,the experiment of millingGH4169 with coated carbide end mills was carried out,curves between processing time,milling force,spindle current and tool wear are obtained. Experiment results prove that the tool wear curve is satisfied by the rule that the wear amount of the blade changes with the wear time. And milling force increases with the increase of tool wear,when the tool is blunted,the Fxabsolute value increases by 235% compared with the initial wear stage,the Fyabsolute value increases by 129% compared with the initial wear stage,the Fz absolute value increases by 607% compared with the initial wear stage. The spindle current increases linearly with the increase of tool wear,the absolute value of spindle current increases by 91% compared with the initial wear stage when the tool is blunted.
