液晶拼接屏应用于飞机布线的散热方法研究

摘  要:传统的液晶拼接屏摆放方式为直立式,电源板和液晶屏之间热量传递极少。然而针对液晶拼接屏作为图像显示辅助单元应用于飞机布线工程中时,采取平放方式,屏幕上方2mm位置处布置防护用钢化玻璃,因此就会使屏幕与外界难以进行正常的热量交换,造成屏幕热量积聚,影响引导布线工作的正常进行。为了解决拼接屏在该工况下的散热问题,利用Icepak对电源背板系统进行热仿真分析,获得温度和气流分布情况,并针对高温区制定风冷散热方案,实现了电源板传递到液晶屏内部时温度降低10°C左右,钢化玻璃上表面温度降到35°C以下,保障了布线工作的正常进行。Traditional way of liquid crystal splicing screen display for the upright,power plate and the heat transfer between the LCD panel is few.However,in view of the LCD splicing screen as image display auxiliary unit used in aircraft wiring project,flat,2mm above the screen location layout protection with toughened glass,thus makes the screen to the normal heat exchange with the outside world,caused the screen heat accumulation,affect lead wiring work.In order to solve the splice screen under the conditions of thermal problems,power supply back system to make use of Icepak thermal simulation analysis,obtained the temperature and air flow distribution of cooling and high temperature,implement the power board is passed to the LCD panel when internal temperature by about 10°C,toughened glass on the surface temperature dropped to below 35°C,safeguard the normal of the wiring work.
